both incline and decline have been proven to activate more chest fibres than flat mate. (quite alot more i think)

Rly? i barely ever feel it in my lower chest when doing incline literally just around the clavicular head

upper-chest key for aesthetics anyway! 

 

and iv told you before, CHEST DIPS pls. seriously they are such a good mass builder for overall chest (particulary lower so works well after incine bench), triceps and delts. research form first though, flare elbows out somewhat, wide grip/lean forward. ur chest won't be lagging once ur adding shit loads of weight to chest-dips mate.

tee shirt aesthetics yeah! just need overall better chest, my chest looks like it has no mass in the middle cause such a big gap inbetween and they gradually build up from the inside out -.- but yh will try dips next time

Not very gd workouts but as u can see ive made decent progress on the exercises I actually did do lol, gained 5kg each db in a week on both benches which is pretty insane, will stick consistantly from now, i'm way too weak cause of the inconsistancy and DNP runs where i've set myself back weeks in terms of strength but not actually lost any weight.. watch this space

Why don't you do barbell bench press? 

Because I train alone and want to train to failure without the risk of killing myself, if i were to ask sum1 in the gym to spot, chances are theyd be clueless of how to spot, tryna get me to do assisted reps etc lol, will be doing barbell again when im back to gym with my mate in august, altho i still may stick to dumbbells for decline

no, i go round and fuck her about 3 times then leave lol, taking up a lot of my time cause I work 8-5 then go round hers 9pm-12am lol.. i dont see her to do anything other than fk lol. ive got enuff time for gym when I get home from work at bout 6 if i rush..but as i said, didnt have the motivation to rush to the gym lol, im back into it now tho

 

also lol 20 mins tops i last 45 mins at minimum mate!

gonna pin high-dose tren / TRT as soon as im back and gonna run 2 weeks dnp straight away whilst i wait for it to kick in! hopefully ill be ok with heat since im used to 37 degrees atm

 

im fkin black atm too rofl. also fuckd some random spanish girl tht found me at the beach too rofl, went back to her apartment and she was just gaggin for it. could be anywhere from 15-18 years old, im hoping 15 bruv.

dont see a difference tbh. it's not like your body has any way of 'getting used' to the stuff, it'll have the same effect on me now as if i took it after id done other stuff.

yh the standard mug will tell you to run test 500mg/w for your first 10 cycles lol.

 

i did that for my first yeah, but after that id even prefer running oral only to test only lol... will always be crusing on like 150mg/w test from now on but doubt i will ever go higher. just gimmie some tren if i want dem gains but when big enough, ill prob just mess around with safe as fk compounds like anavar/tbol/mast etc alongside TRT. (not prone to hairloss but defo don't want to fuk with it).

 

dog is right in post above too, thats how iv always thought of it
