Yeah flys really hurt haha never tried them on a machine just db. That's what I wanted 1lb a week but lost like 5-6 this week but it's my first week. Didn't realise how much better I would feel by eating healthy.

ye i feel a lot nicer with lower carbs dont feel tired as fuck and sugar crashy all the time.

2000 cals a day maximal protein and cardio im just gonna wreck my angus. just woke up now at 7am gnna go for a bike ride which will be a few miles then weights l8r then cardio again after l ol

I weigh myself daily. was asking for more of an average anyway.

dno didnt even weigh myself yday, i should be losing a minimum of .5lb a day now lol
