i've been throwing in a cardio/upper chest day.. my upper chest is lacking. how you doing with yours?

182.5x1 its really quite a sick joke how much harder deadlifting is after taking a month off and losing 15kg bw. this was easier than 180 last time so gonna continue adding 2.5kg each time till i peak out then work on rep stuff.

perfect form romanian deadlifts
