Nice im doing aroun d 1600-2000 a day and im using myfitnesspal.com so handy haha. And doing around 20 mins cardio per day but gonna try and increase it.

When you do the calf machine does it feel liek your calfs are going into cramp when you come off haha? i use the sitting maching as the standing one leaves painfull marks on my shoulders.

yeah, i normally squeeze on calf raises lately but not gonna for the next couple weeks lol ill cramp hard from dat dere clen n cardio

Yeah ive started to squeeze feels much better but the cramp is crazy got to shake my calfs as soon as i get off haha. Yeah but will be worht it in the end. Should track your food using myfitnesspal helps alot.

Would you recommend maxxing out on the leg press? ive noticed you do alot of reps on 190kg.

lol no that doesnt even achieve anything like if u tolod someone u did a 1 rep max legpress they'd laugh at you for doing a 1 rep max on a legpress, squats r different tho. im also building up 10kg a week

forgot to mention the reps of those sets r continuous, no pause. so i could've done a lot more :p
