good to see your doing cardio abs days, doing drop sets and having shorter rest periods :)

yeah man really picking shit up, like becoming aware of how much multiple sets and short rests fuck u up lol, im now cutting again, so cardio every day.

fucking weighed like 1.25lb more today prob cos i didnt have a shite, gonna jsut weigh myself once a week now not giving a fuck about what i lift or weigh for the duration of my cut, to benefit me.

Dunno what your machine fly is, but mine is like two metal bars you grab and doin same motion as like a lyin down fly, but like machine wise lol.

just what u described, we have a pec dec, i dont like. i was just going light on the fly ive done 60 for a set of 9 or so before, goes up to 100.

What weight are you cutting to? or are you cutting to a BF%? or a date or what?

just went to the gym and back to spot mate and talk to friends to pass time... i timed my cycling there it took me 7 minutes to travel 1.75 miles this includes time waiting to cross roads etc. makes about a 15mph average, i was well surprised lol

Easier to do cheat flys with machine I'm on 14kg without. Crazy lookin at your before and after pic loads of progress must be nice seeing the difference.

i dont cheat on flys at all i do them slow with arms at like a 160-170 degree angle. (a straight arm is 180 degrees go figure)

also as for my progress im no where near satisfied yet, im cutting again but no where near as furiously and fast lol, just going for the typical pound a week approach, cba being a weak ass bitch again (depleted)
