The Cruz/Johnson fight was pretty well paced, kept me entertained for 5 rounds thats for sure. Stoppage on the Johnson/Brenneman fight was way way way too early. You could argue that he wouldn't have survived much longer but hey, take a look at the Barry/Kongo fight. Wiman/Danzig fight of the night for sure!!

According to UFC President Dana White, the promotion is gearing towards the addition of a flyweight weight class to its roster, targeted for 2012. "I think we're going to have a really good 125-pound division," White confidently said after UFC on Versus 6. "I think there's going to be a lot more talent at that weight than there is at heavyweight." FUCKING YES! Also they're trying to bring Gilbert Melendez over from strikeforce asap. Also in Febuary they're planning on having 2 UFC events at the same time! One in America and one in Japan. Sounds good to me.
Smush Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I kept pulling for Might Mouse, but Cruz is just too well rounded. I mean, his past 9 fights, he's gone to decision on 8 of them. He just can't finish fights. That's why I don't really like watching him, even though I've watched his past three fights. Pat Barry needs to get his act together. That's all I have to say on that matter. Wiman/Danzig, I was pumped to watch them fight. Going all out and not caring. Great match.

XD Dunno if you saw but Dana also sorted out all the Kurt Angle bullshit, I knew there was a discussion about bringing him into the UFC but I didn't realise he was supposed to be in TUF10.

He was going to be on a TUF and fialed the medical but Dana is saying that he's just not going to get in like Brock did. In my opinion Kurt is a better wrestler though. He's won gold at the olympics so you know he's good. He was also going to start MMa back in the very early days but he chose pro wrestling instead as there was more money in it. He now says he regrets it as MMA has blown up. I hope he gets another chance. And Smush, do you like GSP?

I mean I respect his skill set, but he's hiding his talents too much in order to minimize the risk of being knocked out/submitted. I would the UFC to make more promos like that because it actually appeals to what the fans are actually talking about. I need to get one of those shirts. And cut it out with the WWE transition thing. Kurt Angle is 42. He's not healthy enough, he's broken his vertebrae at least 5 times. Brock Lesnar is the only WWE wrestler that will ever make a smooth transition to UFC. And no, don't mention Bobby Lashley and don't even think about Bautista.

Cannot wait for Silva vs Sonnen II. I am so fucking pumped right now after seeing that shit. Hate to say it but Florian just got straight robbed, not a chance in hell that was 49-46 Aldo. IMO Aldo took 3rd and 5th and Kenny took the 1st, 2nd and 4th. As for Maynard.. I don't even :angry:
