when i did 70 it was my first time benching, but yes very happy with gains on bench.  It's frustrating because I know that I could be making the same sorts of gains with squat and deadlift if my back wasn't preventing me

3 sets of 15, so bad at dips nowadays, i think its cos i dont do much with triceps
