Finally finish education thank fuck on 7th March.

 

Been going inconsistently to gym just to make sure I dont completely slob but been so difficult working 40 hours full time job and then roughly averaging 20 hours of uni work on top.

 

Diet has been a lot better but meh last couple of weeks with revision etc.

 

From 7th March I can finally dedicate my life back to what truly matters.... the gains. 

 

Will look to post an update some time end of April or Early May. First festival is last weekend in May so I will have roughly 2 and a half months to get to work... Ezzzzz

 

 

I don't really like lifting light weights lots of times so I am still going to train to lift heavier sets. Will just add some cardio sessions in and double gym days cardio morning / weights evening. 

 

eat lots of clean food and away we go.

goodluck mate, gonna join you. i've given myself a legit binge-eating disorder and binged myself to 12-14% bodyfat easy, which is shocking for me. lets avit
