nice changes, but if i were u, i'd keep cutting, i dont think u need to bulk..

will agree with this I don't see a need in bulking either but it's your body. Gr8 transformation so far keep going blud.

and inb4 "oh but it's all loose skin none theres barely any fat left now".

and the skin is your fault for becoming that complete and utter mess in the first picture.

nice changes, but if i were u, i'd keep cutting, i dont think u need to bulk..

 

or he could just maintain his calories whilst lifting, slowly burn fat whilst making muscle gains.

that may work for a limited time due to him being new to the gym but lets be srs, he'll probably just end up spinning his wheels for the next few months. 

 

your re-comp suggestion would of been a viable idea if he's say 12-14% bodyfat, not 20%.

coming from a long time of dieting, id take 2 weeks off at least to enjoy myself for what i have earned before going nay further
