A proper diet

Is the number one thing i have a problem with

 

dedication of going to the gym every morning is no sweat for me, and days that i dont go i feel like shit

 

i've made so many gains in the past year, (and only gains weight wise) its time for me to start cutting

the only problem is i dont have enough discipline to eat right shit

 

dont get me wrong its not like im going out to mcdonalds every meal, its just that portioning meals and planning shit out in advance seems to much of a hassle

 

tl'dr what do u guys do

 

at this point over eating, and not eating the right things is just a habit

i just need to break that

do u still drink soft drinks and eat a lot of snacks

i dont drink soda or eat chips at all

like i said im not eating junk food its just i eat too much

 

lets say im eating breakfast, imma pour me a bowl rather than getting 3/4 of a cup of cereal it says on the box

 

for lunch, im hungry

i just came home from lifting so i get some chicken from the freezer

probably high fat content but its w/e im bulkin ya know

 

dinner just whatever is available 

easy shit that doesnt require preparation

You say you have hard sticking to a diet, so don't have a diet.

 

Just learn portion control. After 2 weeks or so you'll get used to eating less.

 

And eat staple foods, chicken, tuna, pasta, rice, potato, eggs etc

similar problem I have only that I eat too little when trying to gain muscle.

I have not eaten at mcdonalds in 2014. I eat lots of pasta cause its fast, easy and cheap to prepare.

 

But for dinner just 2 slices of bread or so.

Just have to become disciplined and strict.  I find myfitnesspal to be the best thing for this.  A lot of people don't like counting macros but it's definitely the most accurate and consistent method I've found.

Just replace some calorie bombs with fruit, eggs, chicken, turkey and get some shakes who fill up quickly. Try to combine this with some cardio 2 times a week. It's all about discipline and everyone can do it aslong you have a goal.

 

But first, do me a chronoshift.

What I did was eat salad with protein for like 3 months, losing 2kgs per week. Then I got food deprived and ate KFC all day erryday  :laugh:

Anyone got tips on how to not be a picky eater? I am extremely picky and it really affects how I eat any meal.

 

By picky I also mean that if I really don't like the taste, i start to gag it up because apparently my stomach is super sensitive.
