i'm not saying it would be removed from films or anything but i'm saying if you wished to view certain films/artwork anything that is deemed sexual it could be blocked as most filters are bullshit in the way things are blocked 

 

i also think this will never get passed as a law because there are way to many flaws in doing this such as lists of people that opt out being leaked and people in power etc being black mailed also they ease of getting around filters
