Anyone do olympic weightlifting/cross fit?

I compete in olympic weightlifting, won 1st as a 16 year old in school age nationals and placed in junior nationals. I work with a lot of cross fitters to perfect their oly lifting technique.

how did u get into olympic lifting?

Was dead lifting 405 lb at the local gym at 170 lbs bodyweight 16 years old. My soon to be coach came up to me and told me to try it.

Goodjob though mate very impressive what are you lifting?

Personal bests are:

115 kg snatch 140kg clean jerk

180kg front squat

All at 77-79 kg bw

Wear proper gym clothing, no wife beaters.

For losing weight split ur workouts 50/50 between cardio and lifting weights.

If your skinny and have trouble gaining weight then just lift weights.

Change your diet, eat anything in sight if ur skinny. Avoid fats/carbs if your trying to lose weight. IMO looking good is 80% nutrition 20%lifting+other

Find a friend to workout with. 

Try new things.

 

 

 

Btw I don't do crossfit, I teach Olympic lifting technique to them
