rush mpen for your ult. dont be afraid to use your ult to drive your opponent away from lane. sorc -> guise -> abyssal (not if they have bruiser mid) -> raba -> void is my order usually. if you're fed you can clean up even while being glass, but never be the initiator. you jump in after your team has made them low enough for you to get resets.

i run red mpen, blue ap per lvl, yellow ap per lvl, flat ap quints.

1st tip is that u dont jungle anyone else but vi, j4, hecarim, xin and volibear in s3 because they are fucking broken and if your team hasnt got any of these but your enemy team does youll lose
