Since i started my internship in China, have had nothing interesting to do, so i bought a gym membership

using dorian yates' 6 week training, blood and guts one.

BTW first time eva in a gym, don't hate

height: 183cm

starting weight: 69kg

took a starting pic, but it's irrelevant atm

14/08/12:

Bench press: 2 sets 10 reps 30kg

Decline Bench Press: 2 set 7 reps 37kg

Incline Dumbbell Press: 2 sets 12 reps 10kg each arm (killed my back muscles, dunno why)

Flat Bench Dumbbell Press (was supposed to do flyes but forgot and did this instead): 2 sets 12 reps 12kg ea, 1 set 7 reps 15kg ea

Dumbbell Concentration Curl: 2 sets 10 reps 10kg, 1 set 7 reps 12kg (and 4reps for left arm lmao...)

Straight Bar Curl

: 21kg (probably) 3 sets 10 reps

then i took a shower with an army of small cocks

not 100% sure about the weights coz some were in pounds others in kg in the gym, and first time so i tried diff weights, will be more thorough next time lol

stick to that plan and u ll defo see some gains after those 6 weeks

Good lad, nice one going straight into a proper routine instead of being scared to touch free weights like most people, including me do when they start :P

U can flat bench fly what u can incline press? Check ur form on ur flyes please

not sure about the weights, and i'm scared to put maximum weight i can lift in bench press without people helping

Been doing this a week now onto my second week seems like the reps your doing are wrong as he starts with 10-12 then goes to 6-8 to failure.

Yeah first week i was just testing the weight out see what i could do deffo recommend recording all weights so much easier haha.
