well got told earlier some of my rugby mates, whilst at the gym, were looking at some of my old pics as one popped up so they went back through my fb pics. Couldnt believe how fat i was etc back then because just sorta got used to it and it was w/e, but didnt realise how far i had come.

Dont suppose i had properly. 1 year ago i was at 17 stone ~ 110kg at 5 foot 7 LOL. This was with a total of about 30 mins in a gym so couldnt blame it on muscle weight etc.

Now i am at 87kg which is under 13 stone 7lb. my muscle gains have been massive it goooood.

Few of my favourite pics i will pull from FB etc showing the state i was 1 year ago. REMEMBER THERE IS ZYZZ IN ALL OF YOU. NO EXCUSES.

p.s. still drunk in most fb pics =] couldnt cut the alcohol for the strict cut.

and now 1 year on

most of you seen me now anyway =] Still got more to do, planning a big cut for/during summer where i can be stricter too when im done with uni. Plan to get under 80kg and still working on abs, almost forming a 2pac... notroll.
