Alch for no/little loss?

Ruby rings, simply because most of the other good items are capped at 100 limit. I would suggest making cash though, and then doing bows. That way, you get xp from cash making and faster, less boring magic xp.

Ive been doing yew longs for a long time. They are really costly to alch.

Ive started doing ruby rings at zanaris, and they are working perfectly for me. Around 57gp loss every is easily handled.

I have heard about alching yew longs in lumby swamp, and picking up swamp tar as it respaws. Dont fully understand it, but aparently u get 22gp profit. Wont try it tho, ruby rings ftw =]
