He glitched it and i heard he got banned already?

And theres only 1 way I know that he could of done it wich is glitching but another way he could of done it is the spot he was in he couldn't get attacked but he can attack them with mage.

How do you know?
this offence is a perm ban, look him up, his stats are still ranked.

Bug abuse is a 2-3 week ban when everyone did the EP glitch they got banned for weeks. But not sure if it's different for this.

He won't get banned.

Because they only ban for bug/glitch abuse if it gives them a huge advantage.

A cape at a lower prayer level is barely a huge advantage.

Impossible to do it legit though, completely. You wouldn't even be able to beat the 360.

Fire capes are over rated he still has 22 prayer and thats a failprayer lvl

He might have 22 prayer but if other people with 1 prayer get it because of the way he did it it would be a good start :p.
