generally these days ill have a small yoghurt and a protein shake for breakfast.

For those who struggle to eat in the morning.

Try a full pint glass of whole milk. Its full of the good stuff, and much easier to get down when you have that weird fullness feeling from waking up early. A better option would be to have it in with a protein shake, but if you can't stomach that so early just do the milk. Its WAY better than just skipping.

I DO NOT like breakfast, but I'll have protein with milk. Then chuck frozen raspberries and blueberries. With fresh strawberries and two egg's. I'll sometime chuck some extras if i'm feeling good.

Best thing ever, then bout 1.5 - 2 hrs later will be my first meal.

Breakfast is very necessary to every person. A breakfast can gives you an energy at early in the morning. You are eating at lunch time so breakfast can help to make for work out. Healthy breakfast makes you fit and strong.
