Adobe after effects problem

Ok well i downloaded Adobe after effects cs4, so im following some tutorials and it asked me to add some flourishes, i found a video copilot download link ( for free ) on youtube so i downloaded it etc...but when i go to use them it says "After Effects error: "file flourish_06.mov" cannot be imported --- this ".mov" file is damaged or unsupported.

What can i do? i tried making it open with quicktime (heard someone say that makes it work) or something but no luck :x

Anyone help?

Also how do i render it + add music? because i've seen theres like sound effects but cant figure them out :P
