Here's the formula for worknig out your 1RM (1 rep max):

Weight x Reps x .0333 + Weight = Estimated 1RM

So say you lifted 70kg 3 times, it would be: (70 X 3 X 0.0333) + 70 = 76.993.

I don't know how accurate it is.

where did you find this? or did you do it based on your own calculations? anyway pretty nice

Friend gave it to me, he said he has tested it and it has proved accurate.  Not sure where he found it.

I forgot how to calculate the squat max...

Isn't it like 8 reps Divided by weight, then multiplied by what ever the number is like (2.9459) or some shit.

a 1 rep max calculator is never going to be accurate lol. doing it with full awareness of how to prepare beforehand etc is the only way to know precisely what ur capable of.

but yh id rather use this calc because doing 1 rep max's during a muscle building routine is extremely pointless in most cases anyway.
