i lag 2 more in bh worlds then normal rs worlds was 1 of the reasons i quit rs....

if it stops or a decent bh/pvp update comes out for a change i will consider playing rs again

Tbh, RS shouldn't lag atall with the graphics it has tbh, and the fact that it's not a full screen game. Their worlds hold 2000 people max, thats nothing when you think about it, considering how big the rs world is.
