If you keep drinking zammy brews do then end up keeping you at like 2hp or will they kill you eventually?

yes 100% positive that they can kill you

Yes they kill you, but once you get low it takes forever :s

i used them to train strength from 90-99 and i never got killed by them once, but yes in theory if you spammed a ivent from 2hp you would probably die

Increase attack by more than super attack pots, restore a little prayer, and boost strength a little. They also damage you and drain your other combat stats.

I use them for slayer tasks when I don't get hit because then the lower defense and damage to me doesn't matter. The prayer is also a nice bonus.
