measure tensed arm in front bicep pose (inches)

then times by 2. This should be the size of your waist to be most aesthetically pleasing.

then measure your actual waste, 2cm below the naval. (breathing in is cheating)

Multiply this measurement of your waist by 1.618 (yes this is phi, natures golden ratio :huh:)

This gives you a measurement of how big your shoulders should be!

now measure your shoulders (will need help). Arms hanging straight down by your sides, and get somebody to measure all the way around your shoulders.

Just a test to see if your on track, dont have to post results, and if you do dont lie.

Inb4 20 inch arms, but only 30 inch waist! and i have 90inch shoulders!!!

Curious as to the misuse of waste after the correct use of waist.
