Quests for 13-20 Defence

So I did Nature spirit and I have 2000 defence xp (level 13). I want 20 def but I wan't to get it by doing quests. What quests should I do for the xp?

I think Souls Bane is one. Not totally sure.

Not sure really i guess you could do the myrequea quests or somthing.

Soul's Bane is indeed a quest that gives defence xp. 500 to be exact.  B)
