Sony vegas 9 problem

Hey dunno if this is the right part of the forum but i got a problem with editing with sony vegas...

well i got the version of sony vegas 9 platinum. i used it like 4 months ago the last time before i quit runescape. and now i wanted to edit some real life clips. well i wanted to mask out some parts but i didnt find the masking tools. i know it must be at pan event cropping... but there was only the zoom and the move tool... does some1 know where the masking tool is at sony vegas portable 9?

Did you check the mask option at the bottom? Instead of panning?

Do you mean where you can add keyframes?

if so: yea i checked there is only position:S that was the position i remembered but i was confused when i didnt found it there..
