hi can anyone give me some advice on diet, not to intence workouts atm just getting back into it ive got a multi gym bench and terddmill and im just looking for some advice so whats your usual daily meals consist of?,

For each pound of muscle, take 1-1.5 grams of protein.

Depending on whether you're looking to gain or lose weight will affect your calorie, carb and fat intake.

Get plenty of vitamins/minerals, extra veg with dinner and multivitamin supplement if you can. Also eat fruit as a snack :)

Are you wanting to bulk or cut?

Lean meats, eggs, cottage cheese, whole wheat grains, brown rice, potatoes, veges, oats, fruits, plain yogurt, peanut butter, nuts
