its personal preference for a lot of people.

apparently some people seem to get no effects with pills but ill always take pills over powder with aything because its just so much easier. wont harm you to try them both.

Get creapure from myprotein, its dirt cheap, mixes really well with water and has a neutral taste.

Capsules are shit expensive compared to powder.

I use the powder myself, and do 3 phases: Loading, maintenance, rest.

The only disadvantage with the pill is the loading phase is a fucking cunt coz you gotta pop too many pills to get enough creatine out of it.

Loading phase, if you're under 86kg take 4 times a day for 1 week.

if you're over 86kg take 5 times a day for 1 week.

After that, maintenance phase can be done for up to 10-11 weeks or so, just once a day.

All you do is mix a teaspoon of creatine powder with anything, I use juice or mix it with my protein shake. I can't even taste the powder when I mix it with juice so I dunno if you've got a wierd flavoured one or something lol. Try mixing it with something that has a really intense taste, see if that helps.

Hope that helps.

mix with fruit juice loaded with sugars. Helps spike insulin levels and get the creatine to where it needs to be.

Wouldn't recommend creatine for those trying to burn fat/sweat like you need to do. Hit the stair stepper
