Cutting w/out Bulking Previously

most cutting routines are designed so you don't lose the muscle you gained from bulking, you just lose access fat from the previous high calorie diet.

the routine you linked doesn't seem to be a cutting one, just general muscle building/cardio. good way to tell if its cutting/muscle building is the amount of reps. 6-12 reps for most exercises and its going to be primalary for muscle building.
