New pure, 13 or 31.

So I'm making a new pure, I play an almost maxed Rune Pure and want to work on a new project, something I have always wanted; a mauler.

I am perfectionist, and everything must be done perfect (1 defence, 50 attack etc) so I am really unsure about what prayer I should get.  I have had 44 prayer in the past, and it's time for something new.  Low prayer makes everything more of a challenge, which will be fun for me and I will feel somewhat accomplished upon completing my goals.

I intend on having a 1500 total level, minimum with several stats 80 and 90+ whilst also working on 50 attack, 94 strength range and magic.

13. Tbh 31 isn't worth the extra 2-3 combat levels, just to gain 5%.. 5% at 90= 4.5.. you can get more strength levels, aswell as hp levels in 2-3 combat. 31 When you're maxed tbh, i have 13 and i love it so far.

This and u can always get 31 prayer if u dont like 13

13 doesn't allow me the freedom of an accumilator or Ectophil for quick farming, however it will give me a lower combat / look better.

you can also pk without a skull, having 76k in ur inv

I like thirteen better for lots of reasons. For one, your combat will be two to three combat levels lower.

Might as well start at 13 see if like it then go up if don't,  im sure for lower combat pure 13 be fine.

44/45 Good for hybrid/multi pking though.

Your also have hope maul prices drop if want pk 13 prayer.

I was 31 prayer for years and I still think it's better than 52. :)
