So I wanna get a lil bit of a "summerbody". For that I wanna train my upper chest-back and bizeps, what could ya'll recommend. I do cardio workouts everyday (jogging, biking and swimming mostly.) but what can I do to get fast results?

I don't know anything about working out but I heard that cardio works against muscle building.. someone confirm this for me lol

high intensity cardio can yes.

also listen to what reevesy said above, don't neglect anything..

get on a muscle building routine and read-up on diet/supplements.

I will keep training everything but i just wanna focus on the parts mentioned above.

I also need tipps on how to stay motivated and determined.
