Getting Fire Cape at level 64?? (HelpMe)

I want to get a fire cape on my Obsidian Tanker,need to know what i need and if i am even able to get one at my current level. Tell me what i need to get, what stats ill need *Ect...*

Karils C'bow 2-3k Racks/Rune C'bow 1k DIAMOND+ bolts (IF YOU USE AVA'S ACCUMULATOR)

Fury/Glory/Zamorak Symbol

Black D'Hide Vambraces/RFD Gloves

Snakeskin/Ranger Boots

Obby cape/God Cloak/Ava's Accumulator

Archer's Ring (Or no ring at all)

150 - 200 Purple Sweets

7 - 8 Super Restores

17 - 18 Sara Brews

1 Ranging potion

Could be done at your levels now, wouldn't be easy though.

Id Say get 75 Range  Be On the safe side if you;ve never done Fc before.

just try with cheap arrows to get used of the safespotting, killing and praying.

when you think youre ready buy addy bolts and some dstone or onyx bolts for jad.

as for indepth details just use one of the million guides there are by now.

got to jad every single time (6times)

and always die because of the fucking healers -.-

I got it with 75 ranged on a pure so I guess you can do it with 70 ranged.
