Anyone here us the "21s" method for bicep curl?

Does anyone use it? If so anyone got any ideas why its not working well for me.

My strength and lifts are improving but not as much as normal with standard lifting.

Every now and again.

I think you will have to explain what exactly you mean as 21s mean different things to different people, however sometimes i do 7 to half way, 7 halfway to full, then 7 full curls.

if im hitting a plateau ill do it with more than just curling, but benching etc lol

Ok basically you go from straight arms to 90 degrees 7 times then 90 to 180 degrees 7 times then the full movement 7 times. I know many people to use it.

Out of interest what is your cutting routine? Looking to cut abit more for the summer :P

this was my most recent one that I did for around a month-5weeks.

basicly for a cutting routine you need to sort out your diet beforehand and have the will power to do a fair bit a cardio, (low intensity though). although i admit i substituted alot of the cardio for the competitive sports that i do regurlary. high reps and regular ab workouts are common factors also.
