ripple yes, but no displacement map. Mostly its textures created using lights, extrude, bevel and other shit like outlining ect...

Looks kind like a bunch of filter effects and overly sharpened. No offense, but you need to work on brushing, depth and lighting tbh.

2nd is kind of the same but just textured, nobody really has rough rock-like bottles.
