PvP Hot Zone Map

Does anybody have a map that shows different places and if they are a hot zone/normal zone/safe zone?  I'm trying to find a place that I can train while still in a hot zone, and I can't find any places that work since I'm such a low level.

EP transfer over from PvP to bounty hunter. Train in a PvP world, there are numerous training spots that are "Hot-zones", but they aren't the best training spots, and are not as commonly used. Explore!

I dont think anywere is a decent training spot thats also a hotspot.

Hotspots are in like, varrock, falador, ardy, drags, edgeville, you could train on the skeletons etc around edgeville.

Everywhere in fally is hot.

I know some alching spots that aren't hot spots, but you can still get EP when your not in a hotzone, can't you?

All of Fally is a hot zone, you could easily find an upstairs or something and just alch there until you're satisfied with your EP
