It's above the Grey Chin hunting spot, I'm pretty sure if you complete a quest you can bank where the bird's are?

Theres a few, the one at east ardougne is always taken.

This one is south of fishing colony (if you do the gay quest that I dont think is good for pures than you can bank)

Well I have Russ P K as my Foe pure so theres nothing set. I figure it will come to me as I move forward. Right now im leaning towards 99 str with 50 hp and 20 att. Thats around 50 combat but i'm not active during college so it can always change.
