Sort of did but i just went for jogs after school everyday and stopped eating fast food. Wasnt really worth it =/ Altho it got me fit for football season so I'll probly keep it up c:
Mucky Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 i have an 8 pack. srsly. the main thing isnt ab exercises, its your diet and doing fat burning training then you can start to do ab exercises and make sure to include core work + also it depends mostly on the way your body works. I know people who train for months and months and months but still dont have a 6 pack, i can do fuck all training and eat whatever yet still keep mine and also cut or gain muscle quickly if i want to :S

My body is trained alright (shoulders, arms, chest), I just don't like the perfect body lol. To much for me xD. Ain't gonna invest much time in it, don't want to either.
