Current Best Way for 1def pure training?

Alright, so ive decided to go ahead and start leveling my 1def pure (got 60 atk 63 str today + finished mm + mith gloves! *WAHOO*)

Anyway, so ive been all over the rock crabs, but is there a better/faster way to get str xp besides crabs and experiments?

Get at least 70 str and 43 pray and if you can afford it wear max pray gear w/ unholy or at least guthix book and pray tank in bandits bar.

Thats exactly what i did, best way dont regret getting 85 str at experiments 85-90 went so fast at bandits.
