The following is a list of scams that were popular between 2004 and 2007. Anything on here was before the trade limit and the trade screen interface change. Add more to the list if you have them. No newfag scams. Only have a few now will update later once I start cranking back to 2002

Selling spinach roll, rare

You can duplicate your items drop them and press Alt F4

Guthan spear/Loar Remains

Removing cash fast before accepting

Free gem cutting

Trading monkey bones for big bones

Selling "rare" canes from legends quest

Changing rune items for iron items

Price manipulating ( multiple mates around spamming an higher buying offer )

Maybe the best one I've seen yet;

Selling 1m willow logs for a party hat. ( ppl paniced at the numbers not knowing knowing the price )

What I did with a friend was a kinda game. Ppl had to give 50k or so to my friend, and everyone would get it back + the winner an extra 100k. I confirmed everything, that i won something earlier etc. Made so much cash of that lol.

And the obv scamming with 2 persons.

Selling yew logs 700 ea - Person 1

Buying yew logs 800 ea - Person 2 (Who obv didn't do it)

Always owned.

Yeah, you did that scam where you suck a guys dick, then run away when he's about to give you whatever you claimed you wanted.

You stand in bank saying buy dragon bitter 1m then a few mins later your friend comes in saying bank sale and trades your target, puts up dragon bitter hoping the target has seen you spamming buy dragon bitter 1m. Target asks how much dragon bitter is your friend says around 600-800k. Target buys the dragon bitter but never sees you again ;)
