4chan in general went there for 5 minutes and saw...

somthing "really fucking gross" involving kids.

They do, they ban them for 24 hours. That doesn't stop it though sadly. They use something called Tor which is used for viewing CP related sites. It gives you a random IP address every time you open it or click "New Identity".

I've been around it for quite a while, so you sort of pick stuff up. I myself use Tor for ban evading, but they also have Tor sites for lots of things.
