'phobia' not allowed in RS names?

I've read through almost the ENTIRE list of 'phobias' online and RS isn't allowing ONE single RSN that involves the word phobia, is it just me or are all the names i'm choosing already taken?

Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia - Fear of long words.

Medomalacuphobia- Fear of losing an erection

but to get back to your question; I think they prohibited any phobias to be safe bc a lot of them can be offensive (in jagex terms)

this is a little far-fetched, but maybe they arent allowed because people might be freaked out by their phobia if they see it in someones name.
