I'd prefer 60/90/1 - 99 Range, 94(99) Magic, 44 (52) pray, maybe even try out 13/31 prayer first ;).

Maybe increase the strength, but these stats should work fine, also low cmb.

Why only 90 strength and not 99?

I believe it's pointless... it has almost triple the amount of XP a few more combat levels and it hits 2/3 more... not that usefull. Especially because most people don't use melee much when bridding.
