[QUESTION] How to share Clips for a duo / Clan Video

I wonder if anyone knows how I could get clips from other people in decent quality to make a duo/Clan PK video, because just uploading the raw clips would be a way to huge file,

is it possible to render them in Sony Vegas/ Camtasia before without losing a lot of quality? If so, tell me the render options please!
