Not a chance haha, I had a 60 att 99 strength 1 def pure and got rid of him because he has 31 prayer. Either 11, 13 ot 16  B)

are you mentally disabled, you do know the only difference in having low prayer is barely any lower combat, but those max hits will help a ton more then just keeping your cmb low, 31 is fine as 60/99/1... and 44 prayer is fine for any ranger

theres no other way and seeing as uneven prayer lvl doesnt raise cb it doesnt make a diference so u dont have to add str to the mix
