I was wondering, as so many of us are quite compulsive gamers, what is the ideal food?

I have heard a few so far.

Healthy gamers - jug of water and a bowl of fruit...

Unhealthy gamers - pop tarts, Hotpockets...

Hot Pockets are fine, I eat them a lot. As long as you burn the calories that you eat you're healthy.

Chips/juice/hot pockets, etc.  :D  I weight lift during week and run and have football so I'm pretty healthy lol.  But yeah, I eat a lot of junk.

Water, and chips/poptarts/hot pockets/cereal.
