Need Some f2p bh tips?

Hey Foe i got my main back and ive been doing f2p a little and for some reason im not doing so good i usually die. I get kill here in there and most fights i usually end up running. My stats are: 73 attack(getting 75)-99 strength-70 defence-45 pray-88 hits-and low range and mage(i don't range/2h)...so i need some tips of what should i use 2h or b axe, what food(i use lobbies atm since im poor), when should i take out my 2h/b axe...stuff like that. If you can really give me some good tips or if you want to add me and help me improve ingame thats fine too...

tip 1 ditch the main

tip 2 make a pure

tip 3 pk with it

for real tho just pk p2p better loot easier kills...

Only thing is it takes skill unlike f2p
