Troll slayer task - easy AFK method [updated]

Do your troll task at the thrower trolls from Desert Treasure. They never stop aggroing.

 

Either stand next to them (they will always attack you on their hill and drag you around infinitely), or place a cannon on the hill behind them or in the yellow square marked below if meleeing.

 

 

 

If you have trollheim teleport for quick returns you can use your POH to restore prayer or use an ardy cloak. I do it this way and it's so chill that I bring bracelets of slaughter.

 

Otherwise use pray pots and reset your aggro every 10 minutes. 

 

If you don't have the aggro plugin enabled, enable it with this guide: 

 

These things only have 30 base defence so just bring monk robes and black dhide vambs (no need for chaps tbh). If you can't be assed to do the quests required for NMZing, this could be an alternative.

For sure - I'd do ice trolls as a main with cannon. It's also viable as a pure to just cannon your task but this is hella AFK 😉

Edit: Thought this might initially be good, but having checked it out, the XP rates are lower there than here and less AFK.
