What's your Sport/Fitness goal in 2019?

Not sure the exact weight goal (maybe 170-175ish?) , but bulk until late January, then cut while increasing cardio load for stamina building.

 

 

Goal is to be a tank while playing as a winger in soccer, starting in the spring.

Been in the game for a while, but I'm only 19 so I got a lot of gains to make.

Goals for 2019: 
Deadlift 220kg (currently 180kg)
Squat 150kg (currently 110kg)
Bench 130kg (currently 105kg)
