i'm on creatine + i eat a lot protein all threw the day, of course i lift everyday except saturday and wednesday+ run 4 miles after...i cycle threw it every 3 months, and tbh I've see dramatic changes too my performance in baseball, and lifting..

I lift 5 times a week.

Diet is roughly most days:

Breakfast: Muesli & Protein Shake

Lunch: Wholemeal pasta with skinless chicken breast sliced into it.

After workout snack: 2 brown bread tuna sandwhiches and protein shake.

Dinner: Varies, could be anything from chicken and rice, to spag bol. (must have alot of carbohydrates and or protein.

I have been on a very strict bulking training plan and diet for a good year now, major changes.

My current routine is (I change roughly every 4 months)

Monday: Chest and Triceps & Abs

Tuesday: Back and Biceps

Wednesday: Legs and Abs

Thursday: Shoulders and Triceps

Friday: Forearms and Biceps and Abs

work out 3 times a week, and do 3 miles run or 1 hour on a spin cycle 5 days a week. weekends i skim probably 6 hours a day (doubt anyone knows what that is but yeah)

Idk if you'd call it working out.  I just do 150 crunches and 100 sit ups every nite.  (Doing that for the past year has gotten me a pretty nice 6 pack).  I also play basketball every wednesday nite, and run a mile or two per week.  No, i dont play sports, i just do it to make myself feel a little better :P

i go to the shit shack called school.mob home in my focus.take a dump get back in my focus and mob to my freinds.thats a workout man.

Yeh crunches are good bro.

However sit-ups are pretty much a waste of time, tbh they do back more than abs.

Try doing like reverse crunches, jack knives, slow hoverbike instead of sit-ups.

I get up, eat 4-5 frosted donuts with chocolate pudding on them.  Go to school, get 3 lunches.  Get home, grab 2 bags of potato chips and a 2 liter soda.  Then I work out - do about two or three sit-ups and three or four push ups (gotta get strong). For supper, I usually eat two or three macaroni salads ( <-- best reciper ever), with another 2 liter soda.  Finally, I go to sleep.

People say I smell.

I dont owrk out, I just go to the park and play sports with mates and it keeps me in good shape.
