isolate whey - ON/Myprotein

maltodextrin - myprotein

bcaas - NRG

glutamine - ON/nrg

fish oils - any brand

multi vits - any brand

creatine - myprotein

pre-wo - jack3d original 

 

plus all the gear i took

ive been using creatine and proteinpowder, different  sort of brands but not really using it anymore. might start using proteinpowder again if I start working out a few more times a week or so but its works fine without too tbh. I feel I get enough proteins from what I eat already, but ofc its nice with a shake right after training either with water or milk.
