Just recently started getting pain around the clavicle area when performing pull ups, was just wondering if anyone else does, and if you did, what have you done about it?

If i knew what a clavicle is i might be able to help

if only there was way to search for terms online

Shouldn't be using your clavicle during pullups. Get better form and you won't be hurting

I was doing dips beforehand so I think I may have done some there, and felt it when I started doing pull ups

nah not doing pull ups,but doing shoulder press i got a lot so i used deep heat spray

Oh actually that reminds me, I initially got it from doing shoulder press, does the deep heat spray alleviate the pain?

Yeah man, you shouldn't hurt your clavicle by doing pull-ups. Like previous people said it's probably your form that gets you your pain.
